Charity Status
We are The Wheatsheaf Players. Community Theatre in Coventry
The Wheatsheaf Players are a registered charity (1176304). We have been a charity since 2017.
Our charitable aims are:
The Wheatsheaf Players objectives are to advance the education of the public in all aspects of the dramatic arts and the development of public appreciation of such art by the provision and support of public performances.
The committee are elected every year by the members at the Annual General Meeting, usually held in February. Committee members are also selected mid-term by the charity trustees.

The Wheatsheaf Players strength grows from our members and the togetherness we have. If you are someone who wants to act on stage, write plays, work behind the scenes with sound, lighting or set design. No experience required, we will give you all the experience you desire. We are a friendly and ambitious group and our doors are always open for new members.
