Annual General Meeting
The WheatsheafPlayers
We are The Wheatsheaf Players. Community Theatre in Coventry
The Wheatsheaf Players Annual General Meeting is to be held at 2pm on Sunday 19th February 2023.
This will be held both in-person at the Radford Social Club, and virtually over Zoom, and you are welcome to join whichever way you prefer.
The committee will review the activities of the 2022, including last year's shows, provide details of our financial position and discuss anything with our members.
In the usual way, all committee members will step down from their positions at the meeting. If you would like to vote for or against the nominations, you will need to complete a membership form prior to the meeting. This can be completed either in-person, or we can email a copy to you. If you would like to stand for any of the following positions, you will need to complete a membership form, and provide the name of your proposer and seconder. The current committee can help you with this process, please email us at info@wheatsheafplayers.co.uk.
